Great hotel and room but little space for belongings and a bit tight to move around in but would still stay there again.

Hotel was very clean seems they have enough housekeeping staff always clean. Employee are very friendly. My room was very clean.

Check in was a little slow because the front desk attendant was having to help another guest; however the other guest kept leaving the desk to take phone calls and I believe that when that happened the attendant should have moved on to help myself and others who were also waiting to check in. The Room was great and very clean. Refrigerator was a little noisy but everything else was great.

The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. However, I had to request room service for our room and my fathers room. Two hours later they called me to tell me that I had a do not distrub sign on my door, which I did not. I informed them that the maid must be at the wrong room and to go to my room and clean and change towels. When I arrived at my room at 11 PM that night nothing had been done. Went to the front desk to get towels sent. They gave me $60 food credit for breakfast the next morning. However they did not post it on my account and I had to ask for it and the front desk wanted me to provide a name of who said they would give me a food credit. I told her to check the schedule to see who worked and told her the issues that I have. She then immediately gave me the food credit on my bill.

Really enjoyed everything from our stay there at Lajitas. Will be planning on returning in the fall..
