Employees are ready to give you help. Place is very clean. It was not my case but usually you have to pay for parking. I did not pay only because of the pandemic that parking lot was closed but most of hotels downtown SA you have to pay for parking space
The hotel price for this night was ridiculously great even though it was during the covid 19 "crisis" Even with no breakfast, the room alone was worth it.
