This place is beautiful. We were checking in late, after their front desk closed, and they made sure we can enter the room and have a VIP experience. The resort is beautiful. Booked thought Expedia...cancelled my reservations the day before I was to fly out and check in. Only gave me one choice for replacement stay and it was way sub par in comparison. And honestly should have gotten money back as the 2 properties were not comparable value. Will never attempt to book there again,very disappointed.
