I didnt like being charged by the hotel for valet and Metropolis as well.
It seems to be a common problem per the staff and its nor fair to the guest to chase down a refund.

Bungalows are so gorgeous! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at years! Cocktails are also delicious! Have very few reasons to be in Houston, but would plan a trip just to stay in this hotel again!

No the staff explained things fast that was on duties. Really did understand for an autograph hotel when we asked for glasses to the room they were so spotted and nasty to drink out. Mike had a great attitude and answer all questions with respect. Just was not what I aspected for the price. They also lost my keys the valet parking staff I had to wait 20 minutes. No go for me ever again
