Boasting two generously sized bedrooms with king beds (TVs available in both bedrooms) and two beautifully renovated bathrooms, the house offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The recently updated kitchen exudes a contemporary charm, providing a seamless fusion of modern convenience and timeless appeal. Complete with all the kitchen essentials including basic spices, pots/pans, air fryer, toaster, tea kettle, an espresso/coffee maker, and more! Indulge in the tranquility of your own private oasis, as this home features a fully fenced yard and a large back patio that overlooks a picturesque pond. You’ll have access to the fully stocked pond and can enjoy catch and release fishing. We’ve caught catfish, bluegill, and bass! Parking will never be a concern, as ample space is available right in front of the house on the gravel/grass. They even had dog beds and water bowls, which we brought anyway but it was nice that they had them. The only issue I had was that the property is located down the road from a train depot and we caught the train every time we left the house.This is easily avoided by going left off the dead end road that the property is located on instead of right.
