Perfect in every way, centre of town minutes walk from everything, particularly ski lifts. Communal areas very comfortable and understated, breakfast perfect, particularly liked home baked cakes. Our room was a good size with comfortable beds, it overlooked the bus terminal above street but were not disturbed once even on NY eve,,perhaps because we were on the top (4th floor). We loved our 3 night stay at the Poste Montane. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a separate living room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived so we had to search for pillows, sheets etc which wasn't ideal. The lodge is right in the middle of Beaver Creek village with restaurants, shops and all amenities literally on the doorstep. We really enjoyed our first stay at Vail Mountain Lodge. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were treated to an unexpected room upgrade which made our trip to Vail extra special.
