I traveled to Toronto on March Break with my daughter & my 2 granddaughters(one who was only 6 months old). From the time we stepped in the your beautiful lobby we where made to feel welcome. It started right at the beginning when your staff who where so helpful with the baby & our luggage. The gentleman who saw to our room was a man who is hard to find words to explain to you about his character & actions towards us but amazing isn't even close. He knew that this was my oldest granddaughter first time TO. He went again beyord his job when he return to our room to give her another colouring book & crayons plus a can of Coke which he only give to her with our blessing (most would give it to the child even if it was so close to bedtime without asking us if it was ok first).
We decide to order from room services and once again your amazed us from the food to our fabulous waiter who delivered. Our waiter also brought a stuff Lion for my 6 months old daughter as she couldn't colour with him when he delivered our meal to our room.We ordered room services for dinner & breakfast. Both meals we where extremely happy with. The next day the staff once again where amazing with us.Thank you so much for the care you show to my daughter and granddaughters it differently made a memory that they will share in the future to come. That's what you people did, help to create a beautiful memory for them to remember Thank you so much

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel name is very reflective of the style and decor. Both the inside and outside of the hotel is absolutely majestic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Health Club which included a pool as well as gym with free weights, cardio and strength training equipment was top of the line and definitely the best fitness amenities that I have experienced at a hotel. The view from our room was fabulous, we could see the Parliament Buildings as well as the War Memorial and part of the Rideau Canal. The location too was excellent, next door to the Parliament Buildings, across the street from the War Memorial, and short walk to restaurants and shops.
