Great service at the front desk and engineer that replaced our TV box. We had an early morning flight the next day so were able to get a pass at the machine in the front lobby to use for TSA and eat and shop in the airport beforehand. Great Westin sheets, shower and amenities. Pool was very small so we didn’t use it but nice to have.

Westin DTW is our go-to hotel in the area for both comfort and convenience. With multiple bags, we appreciate accommodations on the 3rd floor so we can walk right in and out of the terminal. The excellent restaurant and lobby area are great places to refuel and relax during hectic travel. Though we have not used it, there is a dedicated TSA checkpoint connecting the hotel directly with the Delta terminal for those without checked bags. Most importantly, the rooms are clean and quiet.

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, good food. We love staying here because it’s quick and easy to get into the airport and through security.
