The room was spotless heat worked great being from FL in MI winter-time. Front desk retrieved the requested iron that wasn't in the room originally & was returned to the front desk upon check out. The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable.

The room was absolutely ridiculous the vinyl flooring was lifted up to where I nearly sliced the bottom of my foot open. The bed was terrible and the shower hardly has any water pressure at all. Most of the rooms are vacant. Not because people have not rented them it's because they are completely destroyed and in need of serious renovation and I would even say demolition. All the reviews talking about how wonderful clean and nice the rooms are is nothing but a lie there is no possible way that could be true at this place. I have traveled for the last 30 years all over this country and in multiple countries and I can say 100% this is the worst large motel that I have ever been to In my life and again it needs to be demolished. There is no possible way that this building or any of the buildings with this Motel can be considered safe when the windows to the rooms are broken and I mean cracks from the top of the roof down to the floor broken. This is on at least seven of the rooms that I have walked by and the flooring in my room is not safe at all for anybody and I have had to wear shoes the whole time because the flooring is sticking up so if you walk through in the middle of the night you will slice your foot open. If there is anyone that says that this place is safe or niceon their reviews it is a flat out lie and nothing but BS. This place needs to be condemned and demolished, period. It is so far past renovation that it needs to be demolished and they need to start over.

The bathroom was a lot smaller than what the online hotel pictures showed. The shower and toilet area was separate from the sink area. When shutting the door to the shower/toilet area it felt very tight and small which was a little unpleasant. The shower water pressure was very minimal and the water felt luke warm. The water never got warmer even with running the shower for a while. The beds were comfortable, service for breakfast was exceptional, check in service was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was clean except for some strands of hair in the shower and in the fridge.
