An incredible place to stay! The hosts are so welcoming and they made the best breakfasts. The home is very cozy, luxurious and it's nearby everything. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were rarely seen, but everything was done immediately. This is the kind of place where the hospitality was so great, it made you feel guilty. The only downside was not enough bathroom space to lay out your hygiene products.

This place is a total gem! We booked a weekend stay here for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, and let me tell you, they still can’t stop talking about it. From the warm welcome at check-in to the smooth check-out, my mom gave me the full play-by-play on how kind and professional the staff was (like, five-star concierge vibes). The rooms? Super cozy and spotless. They loved chatting with other couples in the private yard. It gave off such a peaceful, homey vibe. And the breakfast? Ohhh, the breakfast. My parents went on and on about how fresh and delicious it was. Final review straight from them: “I pray the owners get everything they deserve because they’ve created something truly special.” So with that, me and my husband are booking our stay next!

The Cochrane Luxury House was stunning! From a warm welcome into such a beautiful atmosphere, the sister's couldn't have made our stay any better! The breakfast they made was amazing as well. We will definitely come back to stay again, and we highly recommend staying here.

The two sisters that own and run this B&B are amazing. Their house is beautiful and so easy to walk to all the sporting and music venues. Great bars and restaurants in the area. Our breakfast both mornings were delicious but OMG that Compote!!

Outstanding Place and owners! First Class

The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I feel like this was the most personalized, hospitable place I can recall ever staying at. We plan to have more trips to the Detroit area- whether we go to another Tigers game, or downtown for fun and sightseeing and this will be our Go-To place to stay!
You can see Comerica Park from the side of the building! Walking distance easy!

This was our fourth stay. At this point, Rica and Cina feel like extended family. Why stay in hotel when you can experience a historical Detroit mansion that has been lovingly updated and remodeled. Walk to any sporting / music event and wake up the best breakfast ever. 100 stars.

Great location to all of the stadiums. Very quick walk. Safe on site parking. They let us keep our car there the day we left while we were at the game. Beautiful newly remodeled space. The sisters are very friendly and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic!!

A glorious visit

Wonderful, wonderful stay. Cochrane House is such a gorgeous property central to everything I wanted to explore in Detroit. The owners, sisters Rica and Cina, were lovely. They communicated thoughtfully via text and in person and were so warm and welcoming. I plan on visiting again and encourage others to do so as well. I felt safe, I loved my room, the breakfasts were delicious, and the welcome charcuterie board and homemade bath salts were just the perfect touch.
