"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. "We never met any staff. Because we were travelling by rail and had limited access to wifi, and because I did not read the entire message, telling us to message the hotel before arriving, there was a delay in getting into our room. Please note, it is not a normal hotel with a lobby + front desk to check you in. At least, not while we were there. When we got in to the proper room, the accommodation was clean and fine. Now that we know how it works, we would stay here again. "
