Non-smoking gîte. Semi-detached house in a residential area, 300 m from Viviers du lac, a commercial town overlooking Lake Bourget. Pleasantly furnished cottage under the roof, with reversible air conditioning. Possibility of storing bicycles in a closed shelter. Bus stop 100 m away to reach Aix les Bains (Ondéa line n°1 connecting the SNCF train station and the marina). Private parking in front of the cottage. 2 km from Lake Bourget, the Mottets leisure center and the swimming beaches. Cycle paths along the lake towards Aix les Bains and Chambéry. Port of Aix les Bains 8 km away.
