The only issue is the parking. There are a few spaces (about6) which are free but it is first come first served so the only option is to then pay for parking under the hotel (small narrow spaces) at €15 per night, but this is still cheaper than on the street. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little.
