"What a wonderful place to stay in Gran Canaria, the hotel was beautifully presented, with great food options and super friendly staff. Location is perfect, right by the beach, sand dunes and promenade. Bus station located outside for easy access to other areas of the island. Would have been great if there were a little more options in their kids zone like water park. Overall highly recommend."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. Couldnt have asked for more. All the food options were amazing and staff were friendly throughout. Lovely area and nice to be able to walk out on to the promenade and walk along the beachfront. "

"A very lovely place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Sadly only the Perchel main restaurant was open during our stay but the food and service were excellent. The apartments are very well equiped and the Spar on site is immaculate. Only problem was lack of hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom. Also the first floor walkway should have a 'no football' sign as our last 2 mornings were disturbed by children playing loudly outside our apartment"
