Everything was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have is the fact that breakfast is far too expensive. I didn't have breakfast at your hotel because it is too expensive and not worth it. I think if you serve a simple continental buffet breakfast and lower your prices, you might find that more customers will have breakfast at your hotel. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all.

Overall, this hotel was very nice. The shower's were a bit challenging and the glass door in the bathroom does not allow for much privacy.
The Internet was not working on the third floor.
Restaurant was nice. Food was of lower quality and in need of more flavors but for $8 euros for breakfast, one can hardly complaint.
The bedroom was not as clean on the second day. A dirty towel was left behind. The beds need sn extra blanket on winter days.
Really, the hotel was appropriate and the employees were efficient and polite.

We have stayed several times at the Atlantico, and have always enjoyed the stay. The location is right in the middle of the heart of the city, and we are able to return to the room with our 'bolsas' full of purchases from shopping, and it is easy to freshen up and change before heading out for dinner. Though the metro subway and bus system are easily acessed, we al almost never use them and walk for miles shopping, restaurant hunting, and sightseeing. We have never eaten in the restaurant at the hotel, preferring to head to a favorite cafe for churros con chocolate, coffee and fresh zumo de naranja. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and competent. There is a parking garage within suitcase-schlepping distance (plaza de Carmen). The beds are comfy, and there are more 'matrimonial beds' than most hotels in Spain. The views are usually great, but this time the building facade was covered for renovation, so no views from the room. Climate control is dependable and functions well. There are two good elevators that are larger than European standard and faster. Lots of the little details that can distract and make a stay less enjoyable are done well at th Atlantico.
I consider myself a regular client of this hotel and will return for future stays.
Btw, Madrid was absolutely hopping in the days leading up to dia de Reyes, in Jan 6. Never seen it quite so busy.

Just stayed a night but very impressed. Easy to get to (Metro Sevilla) and only minutes from centre. Staff very helpful, hotel clean, modern and (despite its location) quiet. Good breakfast, have already recommended to family.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Portofino hotel and would definitely stay there again (not something that I have often thought about hotels I've been in). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to hang out by the pool or in the bar. It was also really convenient for the airport, and not far from the centre of Palma. The hotel helped us out with car hire and taxi hire. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied.

The hotel overall was very well run and very clean, with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The views from the breakfast area from the terrace overlooking the sea were very idyllic and therapeutic.
