My experience at Hyatt was exceptional from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful, modern atmosphere, immaculate accommodations, and warm hospitality. The property was exceptionally clean, with a stylish design and thoughtful details that made everything feel comfortable and inviting. The room was beautifully maintained, and the amenities added to the overall experience. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making guests feel genuinely valued and appreciated. And the coffee deserves a special mention! As someone who appreciates a great cup of coffee, I was impressed by the quality. It’s those little touches that make a stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the property. Hyatt understands that exceptional hospitality goes beyond a beautiful room. It’s about creating a welcoming, comfortable experience that makes guests want to return. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great hotel with nice staff. Only thing is they don’t disclose on the booking page that the spa area costs extra. It’s 45 Euro for a 90 minute session. It is a very nice spa area but would be nice to know before booking the extra cost.

My stay at the Hyatt in Barcelona was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The concierge team, the staff who assisted me with my luggage, and everyone I interacted with throughout my stay were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Mahamadou, who was excellent. He took the time to recommend places to visit and things to do, which really helped make my experience in Barcelona even more memorable. I only wish I could remember everyone’s name so I could personally recognize each of them, because every staff member I came into contact with contributed to making my stay wonderful. The level of hospitality was exceptional, and the team truly made my visit to Barcelona special. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this Hyatt to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip such a memorable one!

Fantastic hotel. For a big hotel of its size sometimes you find it can be dated with the decor, facilities etc, however it was the opposite, very modern, and even in the rooms there were small things that had been thought of that really made a difference. Great breakfast, and really nice pool and bar area.
