The property is in very good condition and the hotel makes a big effort to create diverse spaces & choices for their guests. We visited all 3 restaurants & they were all amazing. This was the most amazing hotel! All of the staff were friendly and helpful even though it is a large hotel. We were on the 22nd floor with a view of all of Lisbon including the Golden Gate Bridge look alike. Antonio, our concierge was the most delightful young man. He helped us with all our plans and got us the best tours and dinner reservations. He was excellent at his job and we loved him. Our doorman was also really helpful and kind. You don't usually make such personal connection at a large hotel but this was the exception. The staff made our trip very memorable and helped us love Lisbon!! We highly recommend this hotel!
