We had an excellent stay. Staff very friendly and always ready to help .However there was some disparity in accommodation. We had two rooms one was smaller than the other and one did not provide a microwave. Also noted that some rooms had exercise bikes, ours did not have one. This should reflect on price paid .We paid the same for both rooms. Also to note that it is not very disable friendly accommodation.
To be fair I have not rated this hotel too well but it is a budget place and you get what you pay for. The restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. There is a shop but go early for bread. The pool is smaller than they need and all the beds were taken every day, There are signs for quiet after 12pm but when we had a group that were loud until 2am we asked them to keep it down and were ignored there was no one to assist (they were Spanish and pretended not to understand). It is not too far from the beach but a very steep climb so if you are overweight/unfit and like the beach not one for you.
All in all not too bad the room was nice if basic the cleaner we had was very good and helpful.
The Caserio delivers what it promises, a clean, comfortable, functional hotel a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Playa des Ingles. I thoroughly enjoyed my last stay there (I have been twice before). It isn't the height of luxury, but offers everything needed for a really good holiday hotel -.and everything is clean and works. The beds are quite hard - which suits me as a back sufferer. The real highlight is the staff, who were incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help out. As good a place to spend a week away from it all as any I have been to.
Our plane was late so we called the hotel to warn them. At our arrival at 1:00AM they had the kindness to have kept something cold for us to eat (as we had paid for half-board). I appreciate that.
Food is good, but does not change a lot from days to days.
