"THE ROOM DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES. This was a mistake to book. The staff is SO RUDE, they won’t keep your bags, you cannot use the kitchen, the toilet is super small, everything gets wet when you shower. Wish i had known this before!!! literally only book if you need a place to sleep for a few hours only. "

"The facilities were limited and room was barely clean. The main reason for complaining was due to guests in a room on the same floor blaring music till around 4am in the middle of the night. After it had been going for about 1.5 hours I rang reception and asked them to come and ask the guests to turn it off. The receptionist came upstairs and tried knocking on their door but did not get an answer. She tried a few times but was unsuccessful. She came to tell us she couldn’t do anything else because they won’t answer the door. We then had to listen to the music until 4am. There was no security who could help or anything that stopped it. It was terrible customer service and meant for the worst night sleep in a hotel to date."

"Fantastic location and super easy check in via codes sent by email. We arrived before the official check in time to drop our bags but yhe room was ready for use. Super clean and tidy. A bit of a climb to our top floor room but we made it unscathed. The room reflects the excellent value and we will definitely book again."
