W Mexico City

5.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"The staff was very friendly, especially in the
dining
room. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t like the design of the bathroom. There was no door for privacy. The toilet and shower were enclosed in 2 separate areas but when coming from the shower it was very cold since the bathroom was open. The room was quiet at night, but we could hear other guests and water running. The concierge gave us a fan the next night and we slept better with the sound. "
