"fast check in, secured entry in the lift. great location, nearby by shopping center. City transport card were emailed 2 days ahead of check in, very professional. Great breakfast with many options available. There was no air condition in the room so felt stuffy a bit, luckily it was cold weather. The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk to tram station which goes to city center. overall, was good stay. will visit again. Thank you"

"Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was a little snug to have access to both of our suitcases at the same time. The staff was amazing, went out of their way to help and provide information. We had an issue with the second room in our reservation (which appeared to be my fault) and they were able to accommodate us which was a huge relief. The food in the dining room was good. We didn’t have breakfast or utilize the bar during our stay. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus. We never had to wait more than 20 minutes for it. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable. I would book with them again."
