Great hotel.

2nd stay here now and a Great location, footsteps of the yumbo and a short drive (10min) to the beach/dunes. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the domestic staff who clean rooms. Everyone says hello when they see you in corridors - so friendly. The facilities are decent enough too. Only book though if you’re happy with a bit of noise each night up to midnight and do not sleep with your balcony doors open. As being so close to the yumbo the noise carries! Each night we were there the hotel has ‘entertainment’ on in the restaurant / pool area - which was overly loud (for the 25/30 older persons enjoying the show).

I did really enjoy my stay at Atlantic Sun beach, the properties were nice, had the essentials for what you'd need, (found the filter coffee machine in the end! Under the pans), and lovely pool side, jacuzzi and sauna (for when the sun goes in lol) only limited time for reception, but they have ways to check in and out when not there, and I spoke mostly to the staff via WhatsApp , the pool is lovely and heated so nice to slip into, pounded are good, with shade and sun to your preference. Jacuzzi was a strong little thing! Same with the sauna. Big towels were offered for lounging and then general bathroom towels etc, beds were nice, I stayed in standard and would go for the superior if you can, all of the properties face the sun in the morning and are nice to have breakfast on, I enjoyed chatting to the other guests and making friends there, great location near the beach and yumbo too. Think only downside is the sauna and jacuzzi go off at 9, but I couldn't use it after 8, but small issue really, relaxing stay, think I'll be back if I book another holiday, the breakfast bags were a cute little treat too which many snacked on during the day!
