Gran Canaria Waterpark Holidays

This is a nice hotel with helpful staff. Well maintained had a fairly good location. The food was also very nice.

I like everything, the food, the staff so friendly, very respectful, specially a guy name Abel, super nice person, and in reception Enrique. I wish every hotel in the world will have people like this guys. Overall the hotel was excellent

Was a bit disappointed. If you class chicken nuggets with a side of pasta or rice everyday 4* then you will be fine. Had 1 decent meal in the 4 nights i stayed. Advertised aircon rooms, was more like they tired a handheld fan into the roof. No airflow, no cold air. Just the noise of a fan. Waterpark was decent, however if you want your all inclusive experience at the aqua park. You have to pay an extra £13 per person, per day. To then arrive at the aqua park and find the only drink you can have is a bad wine or cheap beer. All inclusive bar food - 2 pieces of microwaved pizza or a rustlers burger. Hotel makes decent drinks, but if you go to the main bar advertised by the aquapark. They make terrible watered down drinks. The pool is small at the hote, so you will be forced to go outside of hotel to do stuff, obviously ruining the all inclusive experience. All things they advertise with the hotel - tennis,minigold,bowling,massage,spa etc etc all costs extra and is just external companies. So should not be used as an advert for this hotel, as its open to public. Very disappointed for a 4* hotel. Very average experience. I have had better experiences in 2* and 3* majorcs hotels. Even a 3* in benidorm was a lot better

The main lift to all 9 floors from reception wasn't working for 2 days. We were 'all inclusive' and the range of food at meal time was exceptional. Restaurant staff were really efficient in cleaning tables when guest left. Overall, a great place to stay.
