We spent a fantastic week at this delightful hotel. It has a charming intimate ambiance thanks to its relatively small number of rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful - . they take the trouble to get to know your likes and dislikes and no request is too much trouble. The hotel is magnificently situated overlooking the south coast from its eyrie on Mont Leon. The pool and terrace are beautifully placed to take the best advantage of its views. There are some well maintained and interesting gardens to explore with discreet areas placed every so often to relax in solitude. There are pool, table tennis, patio chess and table football to entertain if too much relaxation proves difficult! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening meal menu was changed every day offering some delicious dishes to explore... and it was a great treat to be able to try all the interesting cocktails on offer during the day as we relaxed by the pool. A truly luxurious and relaxing spa retreat at a very fair price.

Arrived on late Thursday morning on 14th May. Stood outside for 6 minutes before the virtual receptionist let us in. We had to wait till approximately 2.30 to get into our room. The resort was not busy so cannot see why we couldn’t have obtained our room earlier. We were informed that the rooms only get serviced every other day which we thought was a bit strange as every other apartment/ hotel room we have stayed at has always been serviced everyday day with beds made, bathrooms cleaned and fresh towels provided. The bar didn’t opened until 12 so if you wanted a drink before this time you were out of luck - if you wanted a drink after 6 you would have to go into the resort or buy your own. Everything in the bar is out of bottles and cans - nothing is run on draft. The drinks are not cheap either. We were spending €50 per day on 4 gin and tonics. The bar food on offer the first day was fine. The other days we were given a basic menu and told that the kitchen was closed (we have since found out that the chef was on holiday and the other chef was having an operation) while we understand this - the management should of got someone in to cover the absenteeism. So we were offered basic ping food which for the price they wanted we didn’t think was acceptable. WiFi is awful - you have to reconnect everyday if not every time you leave your apartment. On the plus side you have two amazing staff - Davide and Muta - who were brilliant and very friendly and helpful on all accounts.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip there. Hotel was amazing. Pool was relaxing. Being close to the beach and nightlife was perfect.

A nice hotel but rated as ‘okay’ overall for the following reasons; 1. before we travelled I tried to contact the hotel via this app and email about a travel cot but had zero acknowledgment or response. 2. When we checked in, we were given directions to our room but no offer to help with luggage even though we were loaded with bags and a baby/pram, and ended up getting lost initially. 3. Food tasted mediocre at best - a lot of options, but food plaques were sometimes missing or mixed on things which contained meat/fish. 4. Asking some bar staff to pour milk for my baby in a bottle felt like I was offending them when asking at times. 5. Entertainment (including the children’s disco) was good but we felt that it was a bit late starting for the young children. 6. We had mould on the ceiling next to our air conditioning unit Not a bad hotel by a long shot and most of the staff were very friendly (especially the staff in the food hall), and the location was great, but definitely room for improvement.

Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests

Great holiday, second time around. Can’t fault it. Highly recommend
