8.6/10 Excellent! (559 reviews)
2nd stay here now and a Great location, footsteps of the yumbo and a short drive (10min) to the beach/dunes.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the domestic staff who clean rooms. Everyone says hello when they see you in corridors - so friendly.
The facilities are decent enough too.
Only book though if you’re happy with a bit of noise each night up to midnight and do not sleep with your balcony doors open. As being so close to the yumbo the noise carries!
Each night we were there the hotel has ‘entertainment’ on in the restaurant / pool area - which was overly loud (for the 25/30 older persons enjoying the show).

7.4/10 Good! (315 reviews)
Overall a very decent place, however my room was located to electric box for the complex and could have heard a bit of noise at night, fridge was smelly so I was unable to store anything inside.. but the stay was very pleasant

"Where do I start ? There are some good and bad things to mention about this property. Firstly, we were greeted by a lovely lady who may have been the owner. She was welcoming and nice throughout our stay. The pool was very clean and we were there most days to chill. On our first night we didn’t get ..."
