St. Lucia Cheap Holidays

Location is perfect jumping off point for excursions. We did the catamaran tour to pitons, mud baths and waterfall organized by the hotel and it was all great. The hotel location and setting is stunning. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are large but the kitchen is tiny and not very usable if you intend to cook.

The staff was AMAZING! Caroline, Zenia, and V were just perfect. Leah was super nice too! Room was ok…. Needs some updates and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle when turned to hot. Water never really got hot. Some days it was luke warm. Views from room were stunning. Bed was comfortable. The frogs were crazy loud and were in the room area w the rocks. Made it very hard to sleep and relax. Food was an average. It took well over an hour no matter if order was placed for room service or if we were in the restaurant. Drinks would take 30 min also. Wedding was PERFECT! Every detail was taken care of and we are so glad we chose here for it! Over all, the week was good! Just minor things that need to be improved on.

Had a amazing family time.. The resort goes out of the way to make you feel at home.. The food was amazing and our room were very clean.. Plenty of activities to pick from..

Ants everywhere in the room and we did not have food or snacks in there.. suitcases, bathroom. We alerted staff on this and they tried to blame us for it. Me and a friend in an entirely different room had the same issue. When I got back to the states, my house was infected with ants. Other than that, the breakfast was great, and dinner was OK. Nice plants and pool area. It is the Caribbean’s so if you are a young woman, look out for the strange men on the beach front. If they really like you, they will stalk you for almost your entire stay.

I had a great time! Prescott was an amazing bartender, Kim was amazing, Aaron always brought the energy every night! I will recommend Secrets St. Lucia to all my friends!
