This was our third visit to The BodyHoliday in St Lucia, and we love it just as much as ever! It’s a beautiful, relaxing place, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a wonderful holiday. One highlight is the daily spa treatments, which are a real treat and make the experience even more special. We also love the water sports, which are always a big part of our stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, and the food is lovely, with plenty of choice. Everything about this place makes it so easy to relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment. We have wonderful memories from each visit and already can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect mix of relaxation, activities, and a little bit of paradise.
