"A Hidden Gem in Saint Lucia with Unforgettable Hospitality! Our stay at Villa Vino & Helen’s Wine Cellar in Marigot Bay was truly unforgettable! From the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and lush tropical greenery to the beautiful pool just outside our balcony, this place felt like a little piece of paradise. The villa itself is spacious, elegant, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every detail reflects the care and personality Helen has put into creating such a special space. But what made our experience exceptional was Helen herself. A Saint Lucia native, she is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve encountered while traveling. She welcomed us with chilled lavender-scented towels and delicious homemade rum punch. At one point, she noticed my partner and I were hungry and, completely out of the kindness of her heart, spontaneously prepared us a homemade meal. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. Helen’s Wine Cellar is another wonderful highlight, offering an elegant atmosphere, a lovely selection of wine and spirits, delicious rum punch, and great company. And waking up to those incredible ocean and forest views every morning was simply magical. We’ve stayed in beautiful places before, but it’s rare to find somewhere that combines breathtaking scenery, comfort, and such genuine hospitality. Helen has created something truly special,"

"Windjammer Landing is undeniably a beautiful property in St. Lucia, with gorgeous surroundings and a wonderful Caribbean atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay came with a rather unexpected souvenir…..a broken toe! A word of caution about the stairs in the lobby area: Some are slightly uneven, so be mindful of your footing. I learned this the hard way, and breaking a toe just before a European vacation was certainly not part of my itinerary! What disappointed me most, however, was that not a single manager checked on me throughout the remainder of my stay to see how I was doing. For a resort of this caliber, I would have expected a little more personal attention and concern following an injury on the property. That said, I do want to recognize the wonderful restaurant staff, who were incredibly accommodating. They provided an extra chair and ice so I could elevate my injured foot while enjoying my meals. The nurse was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Windjammer Landing is a beautiful resort, and there were staff members who genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up from management left a disappointing impression. A little genuine concern goes a long way, especially in hospitality."

"This was nearly perfect. I traveled around the world, and as a Cameroonian/American, the Caribbean feels like my second home; I love traveling. Saint Lucia captured my heart and attention, mainly because of the excellent staff—very professional, kind, and respectful. From activities, food, logistics, housekeeping, services, to transportation, everything was top-notch. Abdulla, the preferred manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us; he was very professional and made sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. I am so grateful to the entire staff; I couldn't list all their names, but they are all very welcoming, professional, respectful, and kind. "Beautiful viewPlunge pool with waterfall very niceNice open floor planYou are truly one with natureEnjoyed feeding the birds.No problems with mosquitoes.Lots of moths if you have inside lights on. Go away when lights are off.Outdoor showers were amazing!!!!It is very remote and a bit difficult to get to. We had a driver take us there from Soufriere. Have to buy groceries in nearby towns cause no main stores in the area of the Villa. Not very walkable due to steep narrow roads. Really need a car to stay there. No taxis available, or restaurants that deliver like there are in Soufriere, Kitchen area iis okay. Must bring water for drinking and cookng.We only stayed 2 nights. Brought enough supplies for that time so we just stayed in and enjoyed the lovely peaceful view and plunge pool.Jackie was very helpful. Let us check in early. And we were able to pay her to drive us to airport 1 hour away.She also is available to do massages on site.Overall enjoyed our relaxing stay in the nice private villa."
