Ocean view suites have mold and mildew really bad. Stayed for 6 days and I ended up with a sinus and respiratory infection and the management did nothing. The spa needs upgrades and cleaning. Breakfast buffet was barely edible. Better off ordering room service, food was somewhat fresher.

The resort is BEAUTIFUL. The food however could use some improvement.

Stayed Secrets St Lucia 15 Oct - 23 Oct room 722 with an ocean view. Resort is built in a cove with the beach and pools in the middle and the room buildings on either side up hills. Room was clean and comfortable up to date, bathroom had two sinks with good space and waterfall shower. Food was good in all restaurants, could not eat the whole lamb shank in Morgans it was good, service was ok. We were there for lobster fest which was an additional fee but worth it. Ordered room service once Cesar salad, club sandwich, jerk chicken wrap did not take long food was good. Drink service around the pool and on the beach were ok the attendants always checking and bringing drinks. Thank you, Chever, Tasha, rented a pool cabana for two days enjoyed it and the snacks that came with it thank you Sanchez for taking good care of us also would like to thank Dorcus for help around the pool and the rest of the staff for all the hard work and insuring we had a good time. Shows at night were ok especially the fire show. Took the land route from the airport and it is indeed over 1 hour long but scenic and enjoyable it was like a mini tour with our driver pointing out things and telling us about the island as we drove along. Only time we hit real traffic was when we passed through Castries the biggest city on the island. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would like to go back sometime soon.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at Windjammer Landing in Saint Lucia, and our stay was beautiful! Our two-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with a private infinity pool was a highlight. The views were breathtaking, and we loved having space to relax and enjoy time together. The beach was gorgeous, with clear water and little fish swimming around us. We also enjoyed a couples massage, which added to the relaxation. Between the villa, the views, and the beach, we had so many moments where we simply stopped and appreciated being there. Windjammer Landing was a beautiful setting for our anniversary and gave us memories we’ll treasure. ❤️

The staff was really helpful, especially the concierge. Angel was great; she helped me with my activities and planned my birthday dinner. I can’t complain about anyone there, though the portion sizes could be better.
