8.4/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.

8.6/10 Excellent! (664 reviews)
Overall the property is nice with excellent views. However, the food options are horrible and limited.
Some of the chairs by the pool needs to replaced.
