All the cottages are separate, some high and low, with 2 different pools. Cottages are rustic - so be prepared for that as my shower was outside. The room was clean and they provide a central water cooler. The breakfast was great, however i would recommend going somewhere else for dinner like Ladera or Rabot The staff were nice, but it always seemed like you were bothering them was asking them questions. Easy to get around if you have a car, but otherwise it's a little tricky. Close to the superman waterfalls and the sulphur springs, but still need a car to travel to them. Chocolate tour was underwhelming and as the staff seem so demotivated, the tour was very flat. However, they did make an effort on my birthday to decorate my bed, which was a lovely touch."
