"Beautiful property. The beach at the hotel is the nicest beach I saw while I was there. Also the hotel was very clean. I will say, although breakfast was usually pretty good, we weren’t super impressed by the food but that was the case in many places on the island. We didn’t get the all inclusive option and didn’t regret it. The best meal I had the entire trip was a restaurant nearby called Buzz. Lastly, the hotel is far from UVF and Soufriere. It took 2 hours to get to and from the hotel so something to think about. But The Landing is beautiful and many people said this is one of the nicest resorts on the island . I would definitely go back here. "

"Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night. "

"This is my best place to stay in St. Lucia. The staff is wonderful. I don’t like the fact they they’re not allowed to speak their native languages when guests are present. As a traveler I think it’s important to hear different languages. The place is beautiful."

"Villa Becune was exactly what we were looking for. The photos are accurate and the home had everything we needed. A few of the things we appreciated were the A/C units in every room, comfortable beds, plenty of sitting areas, the pool and close proximity to both Pigeon Island Beach and The Royalton Beach. Royalton Beach was a short walk while Pigeon is much further. Locals at any beach are a little pushy but with a friendly approach they will eventually leave you alone. In fact, I will call them some of the friendliest I've encountered throughout the world. I point this out as I'm sure some are skeptical when booking something off the resorts. If driving to Pigeon Island Beach, I recommend taking a right out of the driveway unless you have a high clearance vehicle. The road eventually gets pretty rough if you turn left. However, it is a short-cut and the way I would walk if going to Pigeon Island. We liked the close proximity to the Massy Store and Duty Free in Rodney Bay, The Naked Fisherman is one of the best restaurants in the world, SeaSalt Restaurant was also very good. There is always a nervousness when traveling somewhere new, especially off the resort. In this case we are so glad we did. It was an amazing time filled culture, great food and a damn good time. My advice, book Villa Becune, you'll be glad you did. PS, take care of the cat we named Nala, she's so sweet. "
