Hotel was beautiful and convenient to many downtown facilities. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I didn't use the restaurant, but the menu looked amazing. I would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Bangkok.

Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

Minor issues with our second room but the staff were so nice and made immediate accommodations and resolution. Overall a great place to stay with so much to do and experience. I would definitely stay at the slate again.
