EVERYONE IS GENUINELY SO KIND!!!!!

Kalima Resort & Spa is an excellent choice if you want to be close to Patong while still enjoying a peaceful setting away from the intensity and noise of the main area. The location offered the best of both worlds: easy access to Patong, without feeling immersed in the chaos. This was my second stay in a Junior Suite, and I was again extremely impressed with the layout, comfort and balcony view. The room felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a particularly enjoyable place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with an extensive variety of options to suit different tastes. The shuttle service to and from Patong centre, running every two hours, was very convenient and made getting around simple. I also appreciated the newly added Executive Lounge, which was a thoughtful amenity and an ideal place to spend time while waiting, particularly during check-in or check-out. The updated resort app was an excellent companion throughout my stay. It made it easy to see what was happening, keep track of activities and book services across the resort. The staff at every level were outstanding, friendly, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Omi, who exceeded my expectations during my stay in 2024 and once again made my 2026 visit especially memorable. Whenever I travel to Phuket Patong area, Kalima Resort & Spa will be my first choice. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Everything was great 👍 I would say the other pool by the restaurant needs new lounge change or place cushions on them.

This place checks all the boxes for me. The food, the cleanliness, the quality, and the best of it all was the customer service! The front desk made me feel like home. I highly recommend

Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend.
