Cockroach in the room - the dinner food is not great at all considering how much you pay for it- the breakfast is worth it - Liam at dinner is wonderful host - and all the staff at the front desk and the room service was great - the elevator needs a air conditioning unit as it’s a safety hazard if you ever got stuck in there. Great staff super helpful. Lovely pool. 2min walk to Patong beach and less than a 10min walk to Bangla Road. So great location. Pool bar food was excellent. Lacking an evening bar facilities and breakfast facilities. Needs some TLC in area’s and needs noise proofing as walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms etc.

The best hotel I have seen in Patong. All the facilities were new and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve seen in Thailand so far. I would stay here any time I visit Phuket!

We like our room. For the length of stay we should have booked a larger room though We stayed in 1114 which we like. Has direct access to the pool. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The bed is comfy with a foam topper.

Very good location. Opposite Patong Beach and 5-8 min walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. Properly is very clean and modern. Rooms are modern and cleaned very well. Beds and pillows are top quality. Multiple swimming pools and there is a gym. Staff are great, always helpful and prompt. I have gluten free allergy and they had many options for me at breakfast and dinner. Mr Che Che in Port restaurant was super helpful. I was about to have a bad experience, but he took over and took my order correctly. The porters helped me arrange a car via Bolt, which is an app I never heard of. I definitely recommend this hotel.
