Loved the property! Rooms could have nicer decor and styling in my opinion but the rooftop pool and bar were stunning! The staff were also amazing and friendly!

The staff was amazing and very helpful! The hotel is very nice with all of its extra activities! It is located on a busy street so it can be loud at night but with all the activities we did during the day we were able to sleep through the night.

The hotel had all the amenities, including a rooftop pool, which was beautiful overlooking the city. The staff was wonderful and the buffet for breakfast was so plentiful with many options.

Friendliest and polite staff! The rooftop pool is amazing. So so peaceful! The food and drinks at the hotel was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect. It is within 10 metres of a money exchange booth. 7-11 is less than a 5 minute walk away and Bangla road is less than a 20 minute walk away.

The facility was excellent, the staff top notch! The roof top bar is what brought us back for a few more nights. It’s an easy open cab ride or walk to the main streets for food and attractions. The only reason for the 4 stars for area around was due to the Main Street outside was very busy all night long with traffic noise. I ended up using my phone for loud white noise and slept well then.

I had an amazing stay at The Marina Phuket Hotel – absolutely 10/10! The rooftop pool was unforgettable, with breathtaking sunset views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable. I loved the location: close enough to Patong Beach and the night market, but still quiet enough to relax. The staff was kind and always helpful, and the spa and gym were great additions to the experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a nice mix of Thai and international dishes. If you’re visiting Phuket and want a beautiful place to stay with great service and amenities, this hotel is a solid choice. ⸻ Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again!

Second time we've stayed here and enjoyed both visits. This visit was marred by air conditioning issues - kept breaking down but we did move rooms no worries. The only other issue was as a family unit we booked 52 night's accommodation and my brother was charged for two bottles of water on checkout which he swears he didn't drink. Considering the amount we spent on rooms and on food and drinks at the pool you would think they would have comped two lousy bottles of water, even if he did drink them. But apart from the issue with that one staff member, all the rest were amazing @

The property was beautiful and the staff handled everything very well? Down to the dry cleaning if your clothing, they also offer various amenities, such as a roof top pool, DJ. The only downside is of course the surrounding area is Extremely filthy, but they try their best to keep it clean. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff is fantastic, also the pool was great. It’s Patong so if you are looking for quiet that’s not the place as it’s a busy city. That said there are hundreds of great restaurants and tons of great beaches within an hour ands tons of nightlife.
