I had a horrible stay at this hotel. The service was abysmal—staff were rude and unhelpful at every turn. The room layout was poorly designed, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. On top of that, I felt nickel-and-dimed for everything, from basic amenities to hidden fees. When you arrive they ask for $50 deposit. They return it at check out but the point that this was not stated anywhere when we booked or in the emails. My friends had no cash but thankfully I had the right amount. They only have 2 bottles of water in the room and you know the temperature is so high. We asked for more water and wanted to pay extra for that but they gave us only one small bottle and said they have a 2 bottle per room limit! The staff is so friendly though.
