The staff was nice. The room was nice with plenty of space.I just had to constantly ask for things that should have been fullly stocked in the room. The toilet didn’t work properly throughout the stay.

I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. The views of the skyline of Hong Kong were spectacular. The top floor had a great bar and restaurants that you could sit at and enjoy the view as well. Great access to the subway system and museums in downtown Kowloon. Hotel was clean and very safe.
