Rooms were damp, bedding felt wet to touch, this wasn’t helped with no windows or balcony to let air in, AC unit was off when we arrived so room felt very hot and humid
Rooftop pool was excellent with some great scenery over Patong
Left a day early due to humidity in the room and damp bedding which was a shame
Nice hotel with great roof top garden and pool. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle to Patong beach. Great breakfast buffet.
A bit hard to find since there's only an elevator at ground level. Reception is at 8th floor.
I recommand this hotel.

Had a great stay here. The staff really stood out — extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire stay. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job — everything felt fresh and taken care of.
They even let me check out at 2 PM at no extra charge since I had a later departure, which I really appreciated. That kind of flexibility goes a long way.
The pool area is beautiful, very well kept, and offers an incredible view — especially at sunset. Definitely a highlight of the stay.
Overall, a really solid experience. Would absolutely come back.
Friendly staff, very helpful, very comfortable and rooms was immaculate. Staff helped me with luggage. Beds was very big and comfy. Pool was lovely. Restaurant is 24 hours which is amazing and the food is lovely and very well priced. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Clean, security good. Location slightly off were most would want. It’s reasonable value for money. Great for shorts stays 1-3 nights max. 4 star but at the lower end. Pay a little more and you can get better 4 stars with better location and more holiday feel.
Staff friendly but can over do the niceness a little.
I would stay again but only for shorter stays.
:)
Perfect welcome, nice rooms, nice pool.
It's a bit removed from the beach and the nighlife area.
Patong has plenty of options to get around so it's certainly manageable.
Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We are heading back to phuket before we leave and likely will be booking journey hub again. About 15-20 minute walk from beach and close enough to night life to have fun but far away so you can have a quiet nights sleep :) let me add the rooftop pool and patio was AMAZING. Laundromat and 7/11 right next door
Over all a good location friendly staff but the food is not very good it’s on the dryer side. The people on our level were slamming the doors and yelling all night as well as switching rooms and making the alarms go off and it was very irritating.
There was one cleaner who was absolutely amazing and I never got their name but they wore orange lip stick.
It was overal not a bad experience but it could of been better, I found it annoying how all the lounge chairs by the pool are broken in some way, nice to havere your water replaced daily as well as room service though and being greeted with a purple tea was very nice too
Value for money plus
excellence in customer service from all departments except breakfast room
Front office very attentive and informative ,
Housekeeping extremely cooperative and fastidious , carpark attendants and maintenance staff just outstanding in local knowledge and willingness to assist ,
Thank you Journeyhub I look forward to seeing you again soon
Terrible food poisoning from the restaurant.
My partner spend entire night vomiting after eating hamburger at the hotel.
There is an awful smeell coming from the bathrooms.
Worst stay during the entire trip to Thailand.
