I cannot say anything about the food or the staff because they were very nice. But the hotel looks like was built in the 70s and nothing has changed or fixed, the showers were horrible, ceiling was cracked. Not a good experience, the first 4-5 nights I could sleep cause of the loud noise of the AC, eventually after changing 2 rooms I had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep. Manager was an absolute incompetent and tried to blame me. Phuket is more expensive and marked up. I got a Family 2 Bedroom Suite at a cheaper market rate. It is diffcult to get a fair priced room at Patong. For the family room and amenities, this was a fair deal. Location is excellent, close to Bangla Road, Beach Road, Jungceylon, Otop, and more. Family Room was big and clean enough. The couch isint a couch but a mattress in the living room. However, they did not want a family member to sleep on it, without paying extra. Bathroom was acceptable. Downside, was I wish their was 2 bathrooms but I guess I knew it was 1 bathroom before I booked. Balcony was huge with a far sea view and came with a couch and table. Family Room had 3 TVs and a full Fridge. Has 2 pools though smaller then the pictures, Breakfast Buffet was acceptable. Had a gym, and games room too. Staff could be more friendly. Pictures are about accurate. Overall decent hotel and a good stay. Good value for Family 2 Bedrooms. 8/10 ##### Alain Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025 ### 6/10 Okay #### Enrique 6 Mar 2025 Liked: Staff & service Satisfactory Stay, But Needs Renovation I stayed at this hotel recently with two other adults, and while the location was great—just a short walking distance from Bangla Road—there were several aspects that could use improvement. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in and overall experience pleasant. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of a good renovation. This includes the gym, which I wouldn't really consider a gym by most standards. We stayed in a 2-bedroom room, which was comfortable for three adults. However, one major issue was the shower heads, which were too low. In the general bathroom, it was nearly impossible to shower without kneeling down, and even in the main bathroom, we had to duck to get under the water. I'm 178cm tall, and my friends were 185cm and 192cm, so it was especially uncomfortable for them. The flat-screen TVs were a bit outdated as well, as they weren’t smart TVs. Some upgrades would definitely improve the overall experience. For the price and our basic needs, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. If you're traveling with family, places like Deevena Plaza or Graceland offer better accommodations. If you're just looking for a place to sleep with standard amenities and don’t mind a more basic stay, this hotel will suffice—especially given the proximity to Patong and Bangla Road. ##### Enrique Stayed 12 nights in Feb 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Dorin 10 Feb 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Breakfast pretty decent for for what it was. The hotel is on dire need of refurbishment. The moment I opened the room door, the sewage smell hit me from the bathroom. The bathroom is decrepit, the shower handle was leaking water around the hose, had to use the rainfall head, whoch was leaking as well, everytime I was taking a shower the whole bathroom filled with water. There were lumps of hair floating around in the shower, not very clean. The bed was rock hard, coulld not get rest at all, every morning was waking up with sore body. The walls are paper thin, you could hear the person 4 rooms down taking a shower, not to mention other nocturnal activities. The air conditioning unit had to be on the whole time, but it sounded like a diesel engine, very loud. The doors of the balcony were not closing properly, so every time someone was smoking, the room filled up with the disgusting smell of cigarettes. All in all it was a very poor experience, the only positive thing was the breakfast. The price was not particularly cheap either, so for the money they charge you would expect at least a decent mattress. I guess the proximity to Bangla Road had to do with the high price, but also be prepared to walk to the 7Eleven across the road and be assaulted by 14 massage girls working at the parlours there.
