The staff is awesome. The only downside is the beds are VERY hard, they are not mattresses, but a thin piece of material over springs. The walls of the hotel are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING around you, including early morning cleaning of the other rooms. It doesn't feel private. The room wasn't cleaned after day 1, and the front desk receptionist (not the elderly man, he was friendly) was very unwelcoming.
