I’ve been to Santa Barbara before and returned because the team are super helpful, the accommodation is great value for money. The resort is kept super clean and you have everything you need nearby. The only thing I had a challenge with was that the aircon kept intermittently switching itself off so we had to keep resetting it. Apart from that fabulous all round and it didn’t spoil our holiday.

I stayed at this hotel on a half-board basis and overall felt it was good value for money. The food was buffet style. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes could occasionally be a little lukewarm. The complex itself is quite large, with several smaller pools as well as a bigger main pool. It’s also possible to walk from the hotel down to the beachfront, which is convenient if you want to eat out or explore the area. The rooms include a small kitchen area with a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and snacks. My room had a balcony, although it didn’t get much direct sunlight as it was north facing, so it wasn’t ideal for drying swimwear. There is also a self-service laundry on site with two washers and two dryers, which was simple and convenient to use. The staff were hardworking, always present around the complex, and helpful whenever needed. There is also bicycle hire within the complex offering a great range of bikes. The staff there were very helpful, offering advice on various cycling routes around the area. They were professional, friendly, and seemed to be experienced cyclists themselves, which made it easy to get good local recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price

Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice

Really lovely hotel, great location. Good pool and activities. Food was decent.

Got to the place very tired after a long flight…..room was hot….and the thermostat was set very warm. Requires a key to drop the temp. My wife found a room attendant who immediately told her that as soon as we paid her….she would drop the temp but not u til she got some cash. iPad it as needed air….Wife was appalled and wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed

We were very impressed with the hotel and it's layout with each pool leading to the next down the slope to the plaza and buffet restaurant. It is well laid out and the 3 bars all had very helpful staff. We had all-inclusive full board and were surprised at the variety of food and which drinks were included in the package.
