Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food.

I selected a premier room for the balcony, however balcony was full of cigarette butts stuffed between the tiles

Fantastic hotel, pool and facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside is there never seemed to be enough sunbeds and despite the hotels ‘no reserve’ policy the usual early race for the towels on the bed was rife

100% the staff made this Hotel. Very attentive always serving with a smile. The actual hotel is looking like it needs a little tlc. Paintwork flaking, loose block paving, water leaks.
