Lovely Hotel and immaculate . Restaurant and Bar both lovely and spa facilities amazing . Would've liked a kettle in the room but I was able to buy coffee and bring it up from the Bar . The only other problem I had was the light switch literally fell off the wall and I couldn't get the light turned off and I had to change rooms but I was given a double room in exchange for the single at no extra charge and I was also given a free pass for the spa because of the inconvenience .

Room spotless the staff was incredibly helpful, even took us down to the golf bar to see if the Rugby was being shown there

The food was top class the facilities and pools amazing, the room was ok, a little worn and door handle to the bathroom fell off - thank goodness we were end room and I managed to retrieve my 7 year old.

Positives: polite staff, clean rooms and very good spa facilities that are cheaper than advertised (we paid 38 euros for both of us, and went twice. Highly recommend). Negatives: this is not a four star experience - is suspect it’s four star due to the space facilities but everything else more like three stars. The corridors and rooms smell of smoke, very very uncomfortable beds. Not nice pool or snack bar area. If you are a meat eater you will love breakfast - for vegans / lactose intolerant very limited options (but understandable as it is Spain, typically there are just many more options). Ultimately I think this hotel is overpriced for what it is, but if you aren’t planning on using your room much then it might be for you, can’t fault the staff or spa.
