"We liked the pool area. Had a great view of ocean from the pools. Felt very safe. Some staff were very helpful and nice. We loved the coffee shop. Those ladies worked so hard with a great attitude! And the coffee lattes were awesome!!! Some of the waiters were not so nice. Our biggest complaint was the hard sell of going to a time share presentation. We said no. I was very disappointed in the wine. If you wanted a quality wine, you had to buy a bottle and it was about 6X more than it was worth. The free wine was garbage! We probably won’t go back to that Secrets resort. Maybe a different Secrets in Playa Del Carmen."
