"Recently refurbished hotel, really lovely spacious room. The only downfalls were the room door lock didn’t work & it was noisy as you can constantly hear the main door below opening and closing. Also cold room, I turned the radiator on but didn’t come on. Check in/out staff were great, very friendly. I ate in the restaurant on the evening, service VERY slow. "The property was in a great location with easy access to the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. This made finding food during our stay very easy. There is no car parking but the multistorey next door to the property only cost £20 for 3 nights. The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, it did lack a fridge in the room. For the price, this is something we'd have liked to have seen. The room also had quite a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Being an old building, this can be expected,...
