"This is a spacious, very clean and very well equipped barn in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is not far from Warwick and Henley on Thames, and there is a selection of places to eat out nearby. A very enjoyable stay."

"England was in a heat wave so it was very warm late afternoon. Two fans were provided…one stationary and one rotating. Could have done with two rotating lol. Great local pizza place around the corner"

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"This was a family get together of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 4-7) and the property was just perfect in every single way - location, size, layout and all the wonderful house amenities. We could not have asked for more with the most special memories made in this truly stunning house. We were reluctant to venture too far away from all this fabulousness but we did visit “Little Owl Farm” up the road one morning which was also perfect for us all. Even the weather was gorgeous making it a perfect...

"This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!"

"You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay within easy reach of many attractions. We had good sleep, which isn’t always the case! We were able to walk to a pub for food too. Recommend for a short stay"

"We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year."

"The house had everything we needed for our friends' weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and everything worked. It could do with a lick of paint in places, but otherwise we were impressed with the spacious accommodation. The house is well located, with an easy 10 minute walk into Stratford , for the shops, restaurants and theatre. Kristy was helpful and quick to respond."

"Great location for Bullring shopping centre and some local venues. Just a 5 min walk from Birmingham Moor Street and 10 min walk to Birmingham New Street Stations. Welcoming young lady on reception at check-in and spotlessly clean room. Good little kitchenette for preparing light meals during a stay. Have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend. Stayed in a studio apartment. "
