"I was pleasantly surprised that my single room was better than I expected and had a view over the garden. However, the single bed was very small and uncomfortable and I was kept awake much of the night by people in the next room talking and opening and closing doors, so the walls must be very thin. The shower was very difficult to operate and even the slightest movement of the handle made it so that the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, which made for a difficult time when I was washing my hair. I had a nice, fairly decently priced vegan meal for dinner in the restaurant, with friendly service, but I didn’t have breakfast here, as I thought it was a little too pricey for me. The hotel is a short walk away from lots of restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. It was the first hotel I had stayed in during my week’s vacation where parking was not free, but at least they gave a 50% discount, taking it from GBP 7 to GBP 3.50. It was very conveniently located to the Car Rental Village, so I would stay here again, provided I could make sure I get a quieter room."

"Reception staff were very helpful. Room was clean and there was no noise. We stayed in room 407. Cars were parked not within bays which made it difficult to park but don't think management can be blamed for this. I was worried on reading some of the reviews but had a good stay. Tesco express in 7 min walk."
