"Breakfast at 5.30 am wonderful, drinks in the bar good choice and well served by friendly staff."

"One night stop before airport (about 30 minutes drive, even in morning rush-hour). Clean and comfortable but more functional than fancy. Easy parking. Ate a standard "pub-like" dinner in the bar / restaurant area. Breakfast was buffet style and better than expected. Most guests seemed to be single business travelers. Great value and perhaps 30% less than a hotel closer to the airport. Would stay again for the value."

"Really disappointed with this property to be honest. Stayed for 1 night with our daughters for a treat after they had been competing in a gymnastic competition close by. Receptionist had our booking wrong on arrival and only gave us 1 room instead of 2. The rooms were meant to be 2 x suites, but they just gave us 1 x suite and 1 x normal room. Told that if we wanted to use the swimming pool that would be an extra £20 per person, didn't see any mention of that on the booking info or hotel info page. We also booked a table at 8:30pm in the golf clubhouse restaurant for dinner. When we got there we were told it it would be over an hour wait for food as they had a party of 32 in. Ended up having to order KFC on deliveroo to eat in the room as was tool late to then eat in the other restaurant. On paper this should have been a really nice nights stay, but wish we hadn't bothered."

"We booked a standard king room, but what they defined as a king room really just had a queen bed. When I quieted the front desk, I was told that in the standard rooms, the size of the bed was the one we received, even though it was clearly a good 40 cm less wide. Within 15 minutes of checking in, we received a call from Natalie at the front desk saying she had spoken to her colleague Nicu and that he was willing to upgrade us to what clearly was a king bed in a larger room at no extra cost. We took advantage of the generous offer. Clearly they did their best to make our stay an enjoyable one. "

"Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, helped when required extra things. Evening Food not great, no children's menu, certain things were not available. Chicken burger wasn't a chicken burger was chicken tenders in a bun. Overall i would recommend this hotel as everything else was spot on."

"I booked the room months in advance. About 1-2 weeks beore my arrival I got a generic email saying there would be noise from events during my stay. I expected a reasonable distant level of noise. What I got on the Saturday evening was a very loud singer and music in a stage area directly beneath my room. The floor was vibrating! I asked to move, but was told there were no more rooms. Having had a long journey to the hotel, I was not impressed.This loudness went on for hours until midnight. On the Sunday evening there was a wedding disco also directly beneath my room which was also loud. The hotel should not have let out the room. It was an experience I never wish to repeat! NEVER AGAIN!"
