"A decent hotel to stay in in Sheffield, lovely rooms and reasonable value. Some facilities are a bit dated but service from the hotel is great, staff are really good. MPW Steakhouse was slow, and when the food arrived some was cold but it was quickly rectified and the meal turned out good. "

"Lovely hotel in nice grounds, felt amenities were a bit mislead, swimming pool etc are in a sports complex 5 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar prices seemed high. "

"Good modern hotel with all the amenities I needed. Paid for breakfast which is a little expensive but selection is good. Was nice to have access to an outdoor area with small lake and geese."

"I’ve stayed here a number of times when on work trips as it’s nice to able to have a short walk in the Peaks after work. Always welcoming and maintained to a good standard. I was in a ground floor room for the first time and was a little concerned thw road noise would stop me sleeping but I actually had the best nights sleep Special thank you to the waitress on 23 April (sorry didn’t catch her name) very attentive and pleasant."
