"The staff we encountered were all lovely. So pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We had a bath with shower over, always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. The man from Liverpool was so cheerful and welcoming each morning, a great start to the day. Had food and drinks in the bar which we enjoyed. Would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. "

"Difficult to review as despite informing in advance of a late arrival, there was no room! Booked and paid well in advance. After a long flight this shouldn't happen! I find it hard to believe there wasn't a single room available, plenty available tonight and Saturday "

"Great value deal. Close to the centre of the city. Easy access to public transportation. Large room with windows. Not very clean but it is acceptable. Seperated toilet and shower. Nice and helpful staff. But please be aware to bring yourself a kettle and a cup with you. The room does not offer any of these."

"The hotel is well located. Uptodate and clean. Was abit disappointed with hotel requests, as requested an iron and was told it had to be collected from reception. For the standard of hotel, i would have expected it to be dropped off outside the room. Overall, nice stay. "
